Knitting
Our knitting division is equipped with modern circular knitting machines and supported by carefully selected yarn suppliers. This allows us to produce high-quality knitted fabrics suitable for adultwear, kidswear, and babywear, with a strong focus on softness, durability, stretch recovery, and colour performance.
Dyeing
Fabric dyeing follows Azo-free, certified processes that ensure colour consistency, wash durability, and compliance with international testing standards. Certified and traceable procedures support global fashion supply chain requirements.
Washing & Finishing
We use bio-wash and enzyme wash treatments to enhance softness, comfort, and surface quality while maintaining process efficiency. These finishes are suitable for everyday wear, kidswear, and babywear applications.
Printing
Our printing capabilities include HD screen printing, puff prints, foil prints, chalk powder finishes, digital DTG printing, and discharge printing, supporting both high-volume programs and design-focused collections.
Compacting
Through fabric compacting, knitted fabrics are mechanically pre-shrunk to improve dimensional stability, reduce residual shrinkage, and enhance garment performance after repeated washing.
Garment Manufacturing
Garment production is carried out through our in-house manufacturing facilities, supported by associated stitching units to meet varying volume and program requirements. Skilled operators ensure consistent workmanship across menswear, womenswear, kidswear, babywear, corporate wear, and school uniforms.
Trims & Accessories
We maintain integrated trims capabilities through a closely aligned trims operation with over 25 years of expertise. This includes elastic manufacturing and elastic tape dyeing, along with sourcing of laces, patches, zippers, special fabrics, and garment accessories. A dedicated trims sampling and display section enables coordinated garment and trims development under a single workflow.

Quality & Compliance
Quality assurance is embedded across all stages of production. Inline and final inspections are conducted using recognised AQL standards, supported by systematic measurement and visual checks.
Our processes comply with WRAP, SA8000, and Oeko-Tex certifications, ensuring ethical labour practices, product safety, and full supply-chain traceability.
